- Reservations. – To confirm your reservation for our services, you must make an initial payment of 25% of the total price of the requested services. For tours to Machu Picchu, a reservation must be made with 70% of the service price. Payments can be made via PayPal, bank deposits, wire transfers, or mobile payment apps. Please note that some payment methods incur fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Payment of the outstanding balance must be made 30 days before the service.
- Online payments will be made by deposit or bank transfer to the designated bank accounts.
- Payments made through the Yape app are faster and more personalized—sign up today to avoid bank fees.
- The rates for our programs are subject to change based on currency market trends. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
- The activities scheduled for the various itineraries may be subject to change due to external factors beyond the company’s control. The travel agency will consider taking such actions when it is necessary to prioritize the safety of our customers in the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as: social unrest, government actions, weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or any other factor that prevents the smooth conduct of activities; The travel agency assumes no liability for such events, any additional expenses they may entail, or the failure to provide the services offered due to the factors mentioned above.
- If the agency is unable to provide the aforementioned services due to circumstances beyond its control, no refund will be issued.
- If a cancellation is received more than 60 days before departure, the customer will only forfeit the deposit. For cancellations received within 60 days of departure, the cancellation fees are as follows:
- Days before departure: 100% non-refundable
- 60 to 31 days: 50% refundable
- 30 to 16 days: 75% non-refundable
- 15 days to the day of departure: 100% non-refundable
- For groups of more than 4 people, the discounted rate applies*.
- It assumes no liability of any kind for losses or additional expenses resulting from delays, illness, inclement weather, strikes, wars, quarantines, or other causes.
- Customers are responsible for bringing their personal identification documents, their immigration card, and their valid passport with a valid visa.
- Customers should practice responsible and sustainable tourism; keep in mind that caring for and respecting cultural and natural tourist attractions is essential for participating in activities; and follow the rules of conduct at each tourist attraction to ensure their personal safety and that of the group.
- Before making your payment, you must request a quote. Eco Terra Tours is not responsible for payments made without first requesting a quote and confirming availability for your travel dates.
Important:
Eco Terra Tours is obligated to provide 100% of the services contracted by the customer. In the event of unforeseen circumstances where the services are not provided in accordance with the terms of this contract and this failure is attributable to the company, the customer is entitled to demand a full refund for the services not provided; in such cases, the travel agency undertakes to seek the best alternative solutions and provide every assistance to remedy the resulting damages; unforeseeable circumstances such as social unrest, strikes, government actions, weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or any other factor that prevents the smooth conduct of activities are not attributable to the travel agency.
